Modern applications need systems that can survive failure and the unpredictable behavior of real-world production loads. The next transformation after the code generation advancements is how we run it.

At Spinal, we're building the next paradigm of operations, infrastructure as agents: an operations platform for SRE, DevOps, and platform teams to investigate issues, take action, and keep every production change safe and visible.

Spinal started with incident response: detecting issues, investigating them with context from alerts, logs, metrics, and code, and helping teams respond faster when production is under pressure.

Today the platform includes incident response, on-call management, and infrastructure operations. Teams can scale, restart, sync, and roll back services with the same product they already use for incidents.

What ties those workflows together is a shared layer for guardrails, human review, and traceability. That trust layer is what makes the platform usable in real production environments, not just in demos.

We're expanding from there. More operational workflows will move into the platform over time, but the principle stays the same: fewer tickets, less context switching, and faster answers when teams need to act.

We aim to close the loop between operators, developers, and production systems.
